Melton South Fish & Chips

Worst food I have eaten in a long time will never eat there again and will not recommend to anyone, very bad service and when my order was wrong all the did was try to justify themselves and were not willing to fix my order where's the customer service.

This is the 2nd time I have had fish n chips from here and both times its been great the flake is amazing melts in your mouth and its the most decent sized serving of minimum chips ive seen in melton great friendly service also.

Not impressed. We had been going to this fish and chip shop every friday for several weeks. Today when I picked up my phone order I didn't not realise until after I had driven home 10 minutes away that they had forgotten half my order.

Service was terrible i ordered 2 flake, 4 potato cakes, minimum chips and a few dimmies. I got my order after 20 minutes although no one was in the shop and i am pretty sure that they didn't have any other orders. When i got home which is close to the shop i realized my potato cakes were missing which i paid for! When i arrived at the shop to ask for my potato cakes they were insisting that they put the potato cakes in the order and that they wouldn't give me any other potato cakes. Not to mention the flake was extremely oily and we could not eat it!

Wont be going back in the future!

The flake melts in your mouth and the burger i got last night was so yummy and home made style LOVED IT ;)
