Melville Holden

The sales experience was shabby with so little attention to my actual needs. The main problem is the service centre. The staff are rude and unhelpful, acting as though they are servicing your car as a favor. Most recently they urged me to change front brake discs and rotors, which seemed dodgy but I went ahead. Afterwards, the brakes squeale continually. I notified them via their SMS servie which asked how the service went. No reponse. When I spoke to one of their managers today, regarding a previous service, he was dismissive, bragging about how long he'd worked there and not caring about an extremely disatisisfed customer. The worst customer service I have experiecned in my life.

I noticed my tyre was going down and with no appointment I pulled in to Melville Holden and they assisted to plug the hole and get me back on the road within 30mins. Thanks guys

I purchased my car from Melville Holden through the new car sales team. They were attentive and listened to my requirements as a single mother needless to say I was nervous enough they put me through to the finance team who's service was above what I expected. They were engaging and answered all my questions. Over all for my car purchase the experience was fantastic. Thank you to Melville Holden!

Purchased my vehicle here in February, just had my first service done... they were good, the Free Popcorn? What Holden Dealer has fresh Popcorn going at 7:30am in the Morning... had to try it, and the Service on my Barina was spot on, thanks Bree.

Do not shop here!! These car sales men are by far the worst car sales men in the world. They have no idea on what they are selling! the worst experience you will ever go through purchasing a car from this place! Avoid Melville Holden!!
