So far so good A1 service and quick responses. Was given a new loan car after a delay with a product fit of my new car. Had a positive experience throughout the whole process of purchase of my new car.

Can you give 0 stars? Charged for genuine parts ($813!) for a towball kit and they used the aftermarket towball that was in my car that we were planning on returning. When I rang to complain they said they would ring me back they didnt i had to rang back 3 hours later they said that price didn't include the towball which it did! I then had to drive back to the dealer to pick up the genuine part that I had paid for but they wouldn't fit it as they were having lunch!!!

Every time i have taken the car in for its compulsory service i have had to take it back to get something fixed that they have damaged. all three times i have taken it there we have had to return it. if you pick up your car from them check to see if there is any paint damage or varnash damage to the wheels or car as we had to return the car from up north for them to repair due to someone who waterblasted the paint off the car.
