I am appalled by the customer service provided at this shop. I needed a zip replaced on a garment, you would expect any repairer to replace the zip with the same faulty one but instead they have replaced it with a different chunkier zip without notifying me first. Now the garment is a bigger fit, when I confronted the staff, I was just ignored!!!! No offer to fix the problem, what kind of customer service implied that they dont care?
I am a very dissatisfied customer!
