I had been going there for years and thought the staff were good. However I found the management to be rude on a number of occasions. Also the prices kept going up just about every time I went back and without any notification. Ive now found another place where the prices are much more reasonable and the management is courteous. It is refreshing!
As the owner of Mens Body Works, it sadden me greatly to read this comment.
For the 12 years that we have been established, we pride ourselves on our customer service and client comfort. It comes very naturally to us to be friendly with our clients as we love what we do and we love our clients, therefore when someone is not happy we would like to be given the opportunity to rectify the situation. This is the case with yourself.
Furthermore our prices have not changed since 2012, in fact some of our prices have actually been reduced.

I totally disagree with the below comment. I have been a client at Mens Body Works since
2004 and I find the staff and services excellent and professional. I am a regular waxer and have had only a positive experience each visit. Prices are totally competitive. I would highly recommend Mens Body Works to males for all their needs!
