This place is easy to book. They do Medicare bulkbill which is handy.
The receptionist needs to smile and be more authentic and show interest.
The doctor was a total disappointment. He looked very insecure and did not show interest in listening to understand but to answer only. He did not ask me any questions around my symptoms? I asked for a blood test to check on my iron levels but he said “no need” (?). I feel the experience as a patient in a local clinic deserves a much higher level of comfort than this.

The doctors at the centre are great and very attention to details.
However, their receptionist are not and found the service very abrupt and short. Making the experiences when attending the centre uncomfortable.

Great with my kids and family and proactive about dealing with a problem with a now previous employee.

New, clean and fresh medical centre that stays open late and even offers bulk billing. I love that I can walk in have my consultation and not be stung with a $100 bill for 5 minutes time with the doctor. Will be going back to this cetnre.

this is an awesome new clinic at Thrift Park with very friendly staff & doctors that are knowledgeable & helpful with each visit I have had. & bonus, this is a BULK BILLING clinic, so no payments!!! :)
Will definitely go back & tell friends & family to aswell
