Very popular at lunch. This Japanese restaurant has plenty of seating, though it gets crowded the turnover is pretty fast. Order at the counter and grab a number. The portion sizes are huge, and you will know I'm not joking when you receive your order. The food is tasty and hearty, I ordered the gross and they were pan fried to perfection. The most popular dish here is the is tongue, seems to be a very well known meal item.

When i feel like Ramen, Menya is my first option now. When i first tried the Ramen here, it tastes so good compared to others that i've only ever come back to Menya. My favourite is no.32 TONKATSU-RAMEN. The soup broth is delicious & its value for money as the bowl is massive. The food comes out quick & fresh aswell
Menya Noodle has always been in my must-visit restaurant every time I go to Melbourne simply because Menya Noodles Ox Tongue dish (Gyu Tan Don) has been the IT dish amongst my extended group of friends.
