I had read about Menya in various blogs about having one of Sydney's best ramens and now having eaten here, I completely agree with them. The broth is so flavoursome and the portions are decent too. It's cheap too, making it a great place to eat on a budget while still enjoying good food.
I had not been visiting Menya for quite some time, so when I finally went there a few weeks back I was actually quite pleased to be reminded why this ramen noodle restaurant was a popular go-to place.
It might not have been as busy as it was back im the days, but it does not seem to stop them from producing high quality dishes that are also suitably portioned. I know that there have been many new ramen noodle restaurants popping up near the vicinity, but so far I would prefer this place over the others any day, even with a slight premium on the price.
If you are looking for carb-free option in this place, then look no further than their salmon salad. I had it, and it was delicious, generously served, and arrived with beautiful presentation.
The staffs were friendly and very prompt; the dishes were served quite quickly.
