Bought my first Mercedes CLA 200 Shooting one year ago , the serive is received at that time was amazing only to have been matched by the incredible treatment I received when i put my car in for its first Service.
This has been overall outstanding expericen and would highly recommend 3 Point Kew
Purchased a car here a few months from a terrible salesman who promised everything but delivered absolutely nothing. Still waiting to recieve a phone call from him to collect the car... Never purchasing from here again!

Very Bad Service, From the call, The manager asked comes down to discuss, But finally, Raise up the price, and look down customer. So rude for the manager, Very disappointed from Mercedes Benz, he said he has done 16 years in the industry. Really bad service, if you cannot do, Told customer on the phone, Do not waste people s time, and come not friendly at all. We have a family of 4 want to buy a car, However, my daughter not feeling good, My wife came to you. Otherwise waste 4 people s time. Go to other Mercedes will definitely better customer service. Very Very bad and disappointed service from Mercedes Benz.
A friendly team which appears to have benefitted from new management?
I have popped in a few times over the years, thinking about a new model. Recently snuck in to check new models when waiting in the carpark for the Mrs (parking through the alley to the public parking out the back) and was pleasantly surprised by the sales team's friendly reception - professional and not pushy. Mini-me (age 7) admired the cars while I talked with sales guys who explained possible options for mytrade-in / budget / follow-up service facilities.
Search party (Mrs) came in and 2 hours later she had bought a car. Professional service.
