The cost of serviceing is outrageous and they actually do very little work on the car.
After one service, my car developed a problem that it never had before,...of course the service staff denied any responsibility.
THEN they told me that JUST to identify the problem, it would cost a further $900.00.

This is a very elaborate dealership that offers the worst of service.

I don't know why anyone would buy or service a car at this place.

Disgusted by the Rude and Incompetent service of this dealership.
I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

I have had my vehicle in this service department multiple times due to a very loud rattling noise on start-up.
This issue is a know fault with my vehicle engine as there is a service bulletin “Rattling noise after engine start for several seconds”.

My 2016 GLS500 4.7L Turbo engine sounds like a rattling old tractor for several seconds on start-up.

As the Engine needs to be removed for this repair, this dealership is doing anything they can to avoid this.
While driving my kids to school, on speaker phone. I had their Operations Manager call me and attack me over the phone. He accused me of lying, just being a difficult customer.
My solution is to now sell this lemon and purchase a vehicle from a company that cares about their customers.

We purchased our first Mercedes a GLA250 in March 2019. Jonathon went out of his way to help us and gave us a great deal.
Our first service was due on Monday and we needed help, Management and staff went out of their way to help us. Thank you for the kindness shown to us.
They do not just sell you a car and send you on your way. Thank you.

Servicing here is unnecessarily expensive and of very, very poor standards. Fatal errors are made. Their co-ordination of staff communication from the desk staff to the staff servicing is very poor. This causes huge time delays and major inconveniences. Simple tasks seem to be difficult to execute. Try another Mercedes Benz this one become confused and old.

Service with a smile here. The cars are really nice to drive.
