STAY AWAY WARNING
This is the second experience I have had with this dealership with servicing ending in a negative result but this one is next level not putting oil in my engine after service.

I went in for a trade in valuation for my Merc 6 days ago and I was told I would receive all the package options with prices by email that evening. Six days and 6 phone messages later I have not received a response.
Wasted my time.
I supposed I shouldn't have been too surprised when the sales rep said his car of preference is the BMW x6 or the Audi (??).
The "one star" rating is for the car not the customer service or care.
Three kids to buy cars for plus one for me. Bad luck.....off to Tesla now ;-)
My wife and I recently went to this dealership to consider the purchase of a used for demonstrator car. We were presented to a salesman who directed my wife to a car that was in her price range. however the sales and then left us alone and didn't come back. We did, however, see him again as we were leaving, After having spent about half an hour looking at options and wondering if someone would assist us.
We have now bought her a new Mercedes from an alternative dealership.
Our feelings were that we were there for them and they were not there for us. This type of arrogance only leads to bad business. Do not shop at this Dealership.
Mercedes Benz at Alexandria in Sydney is the worst place ever !!! Do not go there ... I do not know why the staff think their better than the customers as the customer is the one paying their wages !! I walked around outside for about 25 mins no one , so I decided to go inside ... it was full of sales staff and customers, so I decided to approach a sales assistant to ask questions about purchasing a car which I was ready to do right there and then , I asked him a few questions and then he picks up a phone at his desk and says excuse me, I need to call a customer!!! I couldn't believe the nerve...
They are car sales people!!! Are they for real , get off your high horse and come down a few levels...never ever going there again.
By the way I purchased brand new the next day at another Mercedes dealership.
Brought my Mercedes Benz over for servicing, walked around checking the cars out while waiting. Their sales employee ROGER walked up to me pointed to my BMW watch and said we don't like those here I took it as a joke and asked him about how sales have been and the cars around me. He just looked away and ignored me. I thought that he didn't hear me and repeated my question, he just ignored me again and looked away. He was right beside me and I know he heard me
