The check in when we arrived took a very long time and there was never an apology and then a couple of days after we stayed I noticed on my bank account we had been charged twice for the room. Therfore I rang the hotel and was told she would have to find out the details from staff out the back and would call me back. When she called back she said the money would be refended however I am disgusted how not once was there an apology for what I consider a major mistake.
