Great location in Melbourne - walking distance to everything. BUT, make sure you request a refurbished room. I was put in an old, dingy, smelly room on the third floor and had to request to be changed it was so bad. The bathroom was gross and the smell awful! The newer room on the 7th floor was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful and new bathroom lovely. If you're an ACCOR member, the hotel is part of the group and Advantages are available.

a bit of fun staying in little china town , great restaurants near by as well as a restaurant at the hotel
also close to all the theatres which is handy as they always have something fantastic showing there
rooms were very clean and to a high standard during my 2 night stay
also got a bottle of bubbly on arrival which was very thoughtful
