I have never experienced such incredibly rude staff.
They wouldn't let me in the store as they said it was too busy and crowded and to wait. I waited outside the store for 20 minutes and inquired again if I could enter as some people had left the store. Then they told me I couldn't enter with my pram, I pretty much explained that i wasn't going to leave my child outside while I shopped. The assistant then let me in. As I browsed, she followed me around the store, I tried on a jumper, decided I wanted to purchase it and put it around my arm and continued to browse. The assistant then came up to me, took the jumper from my arm and started putting it on a hanger saying rather rudely "Don't take things off the hanger".
