Merit Buffet Restaurant

I have been here many times and it never dissapoints th food is amazing and th staff are very freindly.

don't bother going to this buffet, it was revolting and food was overcooked and dry.

Revisited this restaurant today and I was disappointed. They've either changed management or their view on food, and it's not for the better. Less options, probably 75% Asian now which is pretty much like most Buffets, and the non-Asian they have isn't great quality either: dry roasts, fried foods, tasteless spaghetti sauce and limited availability. Infact availability of all food was a big issue, for quite some time they had half their choices not available.

Their desserts were nice, but not worth the $20 for Sunday lunch that we paid, won't be rushing back.

Great range of food available here, and it's refreshed fairly regularly, so no stodgy mouldy bits of stuff left over. Asian, Western, Soups, Salads, some Seafood (prawns & scallops + 'seafood salad'), you won't walk away hungry, Infact if you're like me, you'll walk away having eaten too much but very happy about it. Price is reasonable especially on 'non weekends' and if you join the RSL for $2.20 then you get discount for 12 months - great if you're going back which I think you will!
