Meriton Serviced Apartments

I really liked this place. It is walking distance from the beach, local shopping area with a Coles and the casino. We stayed here for three nights and had a really nice room. The view wasn't the best because of all of the construction going on around us but it didn't really matter. We were checked in promptly and check-out was easy. The room was really comfortable and had all of the modern conveniences. The bathroom was huge and modern with really great shower pressure. It was a really enjoyable gold coast break.

Great location, lovely ocean views and walking distance to all the action in Broadbeach. There's 2 towers, underground security car park, pool and all the usual amenities. I like the apartments as you can always have an easy meal in your room if you're on a budget and can't afford the local restaurants. Have stayed twice. Good rates, new and comfy.

room was great, staff were not

The hotel stay was great, the staff were helpful and friendly. UNTIL it came time to checkout, they took the money for 2 nights TWICE, leaving me $420 short...

Then because they could not find a slip or any paperwork for it, basically called me a liar until i sent them proof via email... Honestly apart from this the stay was great, but i will never stay there again.
