Merlo Coffee

Stop by for a take away coffee from the hatch at the front of our building. We sell fresh-roasted, custom ground coffee, all different types of coffee beans as well as a range of coffee making appliances.




From the outside this café and roastery looks like a laundromat — there’s even a drive-through out the front for those on the go. But inside Merlo is all about the beans and there’s a plethora of different types to choose from, and an endless procession of locals coming in to buy them. There are some rules you need to be aware of though. After a long day shopping we were desperate to rest our feet at this café, but when we asked for a coffee to have inside we were informed that option was only available to customers who bought a bag of beans.
