I went to Werribee plaza today to take a pair of glasses that I bought from Merringtons to be repaired.One arm fell off and needs a screw and a small spring replaced so I can wear them again. I walked around for ages looking for a store under this name. After no luck I went to the service desk at the plaza to ask where the store was located. To find out that Merringtons have been bought by OPSM!. Thanks to this website not being up to date I wasted more than one hour trying to find the shop. When I got to OPSM I asked for the glasses to be repaired and the guy told me it will cost me $65.oo !. I ask myself where is the follow up in customer service these days for an item that I bought from the shop , which I paid over $300 for !. I am a diassapointed customer and not impressed by OPSM. zero rating and I will shop elsewhere for my glasses from now on
