During an initial consultation with Stella she will gather an image of your dietary habits, sleeping patterns, energy levels and complaints. Your pulse will be taken and your tongue and eyes looked at in accordance to Traditional Chinese Medicine technique.

Stella may also prescribe herbal medicine in raw form which are cooked into a tea or Tinctures where the herbs are soaked in alcohol and a few drops of the liquid are dissolved in water.
