My car was serviced here as the last service before the warranty ended. There was one bit of work that needed doing, however they needed to order parts. I was told I would receive a call when the parts were in.
I never received the call, so after a number of months I phoned to follow this up. I was told a certain staff member would look into it and ring me back. A week goes by and no phone call, so I call again. Same story, they couldn’t help me but this staff member would ring me back. Another two weeks go by, I ring again. Same story, no return call.
I also sent an email asking for the manager to phone me back, no surprise, have not received that call either.
Car was booked in and serviced, service for car was great. My only complaint would be that they said it would be ready in morning and they had it all day. Someone to touch base with me throughout the day to say so would have been better. I tried to contact the centre only to have left a message and no one returned my call
I've been dealing with these guys for 3 months now trying to get my 2 year old car's auto gearbox fixed under warranty. Every aspect of their service is sub-standard. I paid for a valet, there was still dust on the dash and sand on the seats when they were done. I complained so they put some black on the tires but didn't do anything else! They took nearly 2 months to order in the wrong parts for my car then had the car for 3 days before telling me that they hadn't done anything as they hadn't filed a work authorization form with Hyundai Australia (they admitted they'd done that with their cars since November and were having to recall them all). I paid for the car to be serviced while it was in, it came out with low coolant level, obviously the same oil and the tire pressures hadn't been checked so I assume they didn't actually do anything.
