Very bad service! Will not suggest anyone use this service center. We were told we can get the manufactory fault of the air-con system fixed for free. But an extra $150 for air con purify service shows on our bill (which we did not ask for). After 48 hours wait we were told they could not find our log book! They refuse to apologize and said you lost it by yourself! How ridiculous!
Took my "grey" import Nissan to them last week to get a door lock fixed. They were great to source an economical replacement part solution, quick and skilful to fix it, kept me fully informed and couldn't be faulted. They run a slick, customer focussed operation in top class facilities. I never thought I would say those positive things for a mainstream Dealer Service Centre. There was no bill padding, they are not the cheapest, but considering the high standard facilities and expertise they were good value.
