This place was horrible. Just came back from there and I am so upset.
They had a deal on the window $35 nails not specifying for what I asked
if that covered gels nails they said yes. Once you sit down to your side
theres a little paper that states no matter what shape nail you would like
you will get charged an extra $5 which they don't inform you about before you
are seated. The staff doing my nails kept stopping and talking to the person
next to staff as if I had all day to spend there. They ended up doing acrylics on me
when I told the staff said oh that's fine we can fix for an extra...$20 on top of the
$35 I was very angry at this point and chose to calm down and tell staff it was too late for
that as the staff was already painting my nails after the acrylic. My thoughts??
Horrible service and was not gentle at all
do yourself a favour and go somewhere else that offers CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very disappointed.
