WHAT A HORRIBLE REAL ESTATE.
The staff are completely rude and arrogant. For our last inspection they never sentvout a letter to notify us they also never return phone calls and are completely unreliable. I will NEVER rent through them again i cannot wait to leave this place
Metro Property Management are definitely the worst real estate I have ever dealt with in my 15 years of renting. I didn't actually think it was possible for Real Estate Agency to be so incompetent. The initial screening process is ridiculous, asking references questions that are completely irrelevant to renting a property. Impossible to get anyone to return your calls EVER. Also in this day and age what sort of agency does not direct debit rent..
If we had of seen the reviews on Google/True Local we probably would have never rented through them in the first place.
