did get aremote installed on my tillt a door.
work very good.then after some time i did look in the manual and see some things i got to do some time.being an older person , i did not understand some things written in the manual.service was not there. you are on your own.
was told to read the book, but that is why i whent back there.maybe if i pay another $1000 , help will be there.

Metro roller doors have proven to be untrustworthy they tried to charge me $2100 for a new motor and gearbox on my roller door when all that was needed was a keyway- which I had repaired for $50. The worst thing about the experience was that they were adamant a new motor was necessary.
