I see all the lovely reviews on this page and although I agree former management is a very good property manager, we now have a new property manager who issued a notice to leave on the ground of our lease expiring.
Funny thing is this notice was issued on the exact same day I had a disagreement with management over some body corporate issues we have been experiencing. Metro is the best real estate I have dealt with in Queensland and the communication with former management was great. Metrocity realty is by FAR the best rental agency I have rented through. We have rented through them for the past 18 months and the communication has always been fast and easy. Jessica Todd (nee Spence) has gone above and beyond in her efforts to make our renting experience as fluid as possible - emails are always responded to, communications between us and the owners are always quick and seamless.
