We moved last September with metro movers, we were on a budget and the person on the phone advised us of the best ways to organise ourselves to save time and thus money. On the day the removalists work fast and efficiently, even connecting my washing machine for me without being asked. There were no breakages or damage and the moving team completed the job in less time than originally estimated and thus below estimated cost. I will use their moving service again for my next house move.
After reading up on some tricks and issues with other much cheaper moving companies, I decided to go with Metro Movers, which were a bit more expensive than other cheaper movers advertised, but there were no hidden fees (like fuel surcharges or packing up large items), no funny games like taking their time, no bad moving service, and no stress at all.
