Metta is Goodwill and the strong wish for the welfare and happiness of others and it is the basic principle in all my treatments.

Since qualifying as a Massage Therapist in 2012, I have continued to develop my skills by adding new treatment modalities and techniques to my portfolio. The combined use of these techniques allow me to provide an effective tailor-made treatment focusing on problem areas.

Adding Reiki healing to my skills and most importantly to my life has helped me to grow as a person as well as a therapist. It helped me become more intuitive and in-tune and has given me a deeper understanding of the mind, body and spirit connection.

My aim as a therapist is to help clients achieve a holistic well-being by providing the best suited treatments and by tailoring each treatment to the client's individual needs.
