Never again. Been coming here for 28 years, food has slowly been going downhill for a while but tonight they hit a new low. Dry meat that didnt taste very good , rock hard rice . Not a nice meal at all. When they were told that they shouldn't serve the rice to anyone else they didnt care.

This place has gone downhill majorly. The food itself was OK (apart from minced beef that tastes like tuna). The staff on the door could learn to smile once in a while and stop taking calls when people are standing there waiting. Mains took an hour to come out after we finished our entree.

The last time I ate there I found the top of a plastic grated cheese packet baked within my nachos. WTF? Don't think I will be back.

Great as usual, however corn chips in the nachos seemed mix of stale and fresh. So they lose some points for that

I used to love the food here, but unfortunately, over the years it's defiantly changed.. And so have the staff. What used to be a warm, comfortable environment, now seems like you're doing something wrong when you sit down for a meal. Staff stare and although I feel flattered at times, it does get annoying very quickly. Can we eat in peace without eyes on us, getting ready to pounce to clear the plates as soon as we finish our meal? Also, some staff need to rethink their behavior.. Playing with your hair whilst taking orders does not look good to customers.. But I must say, I do still love the nachos and burritos, I just wish the quantity and quality were as good as they used to be!!
