Absolute appalling customer service and jewellery is BUDGET. I have purchased three sets of earrings over $100 and all have fallen apart and one gave me an infection because they weren't Sterling Silver like I was told when purchasing. I took them back to the store only to be told the sales assistant isn't able to process refunds and that I have to come back on Thursdays when the manager is working which I did only to receive the poorest form of customer service. This Women should not be working in retail with her attitude. I will NEVER shop here again

Lady was rude and took a long time on the phone. She looked like she was not bothered to serve me. Plus they didn't have what I was looking for. Would not go back.
