It's right near where I work so we go here often for coffee meetings and sometimes for lunch. Like most places in Hillarys, Mia Cuccina is overpriced but they do a brisk trade. The food is ok, service is ok, views are good (as are most of the views from Hillarys eateries) but there isn't anything amazing here. I'd recommend Spinnakers instead.
went for lunch Sunday 25th September,2011. Restaurant was not that busy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Ordered entres which were served quickly and were very good. Pizzas were ordered as mains at the same time as the entres but were slow in being served (twenty five minutes after entre finished). I had to ask when we would get our pizzas and when served they were very sub standard. Mine was obviously overcooked it being dry and very hard. The crust was inedible and the pizza had no anchovy as per menu. It would appear that pizzas were put in oven and forgotten until we asked about them. All in all a very disappointing dining experience. This is not our first bad experience with their pizzas. i will definitely not be returning.
