So the Green Matcha latte is on trend like so many other matcha infused creations that have popped up over the last few months, like their matcha sticks held together into mousse - for starters, great imagination here! So when they do a Brown Sugar Meringue or Raspberry Shortcake, you're left with a warm and fuzzy feeling of appreciate.
Totally unprepared for the magic that was the PEAR CARAMEL: Caramel mousse, pear jelly, ginger cake on a crunchy almond base! I'm not typically a desserts person, so perhaps in a sense I'm easily pleased, but I just really loved the contrasting velvety textures, mushiness from the fruit and crunch from the base - such an unexpected combination of flavors that work sooooooo well together!
The treats are on rotation - so call in beforehand to check what's on the menu for the day in case you're going in for this particular recommendation!
