Absolutely the worst hair cut I have ever had. I'm so devastated. I took my hair extensions out and saw Michael Dib to give it a cut but he literally hacked at it, charged me a fortune and now I have to put my extensions back in to cover up the shocking hair cut. I called the salon the next day to cancel my appointment for the next week (apparently I needed more colour...... After spending $360 already) and told them how disappointed I was, and all the receptionist could say was "ok I'll cancel for you" . They made no offer to help correct the cut and didn't care at all. Absolutely disgusted . If I could have rated at a negative 5 I would have
I have attended the Q Super Centre salon on two occasions now, and have found the staff to be extremely professional and friendly. I have felt that I have been provided individual service and made to feel important. I have been happy with the outcome of my hair appt each time. The salon is in a location that is easy to get to and has a good feel to it. Receptionist is especially helpful also.
