One of Michael Ell's engineers designed our retaining wall and it now leans. We brought it to their attention and asked them to asses why it was leaning, since the specifications were followed. No one returns our calls or correspondence, we are now making formal complaints.
I have the same issue that my calls and emails were mostly left unanswered. $900 for a small job but no advice or communication.
