Very unprofessional management and one staff.

Whilst cleaning my jewellery for me that I had bought there, it was returned to me missing a gold pin, they said it weren't possible. Upon having an 'open your eyes look' for it they discovered it was still in the ultrasonic machine (no apology).



And visiting the store with my new fianc, a staff asked me in front of my fianc how much it cost? Then when I said 'enough' staff asked how many carat? I said 2.5. Staff said 'oh, must be over 25k!



I wouldn't buy a pandora charm from these people.
