Michael Hill Jeweller

I dont really write reviews but i felt like I needed to because of the very poor customer service by one of the staff in burwood michael hill. I came inside the store and asked for a bridal set to look at and because they couldn't find it. They told me to go outside and have a look in the window if it was there. So i had a look and it wasn't there and told them. They then said they didn't have it in store. Didnt offer me to get it ordered so i suggested if i could have a look at the one on hold that they have in store... They then gave me the angry look because they needed to look for it. So they then found it with the help of the other staff. And as I tried it on. I really did love the set and asked if I could get it ordered.
