Purchased 2 beautiful wedding rings 6 years ago. The lady at the time was excellent in service and reassured me that I can always bring back my rings to have them cleaned and they will look after me. Well the quality in rings is not what the sales lady at the time guaranteed. After the 5 year warranty.. be-aware that your ring is likely to have faults, loose diamonds and Michael Hill Chermside will gladly send your ring away to be "quoted" on and after 5 days you can collect the quote. Unfortunately it seems the owner/management has changed since 6 years ago, and they are only interested in how much money they can collect from past and future customers. I would recommend getting your ring/s made by a custom jeweler if you are after quality that will last a life-time!
