Dr Moussa is a very efficient dentist. He listened to my concern and investigated it. He suggested next steps and ensured he provided costs of each course of action including the most cost-effective next step. In saying that his service did not compromise on quality (in my opinion).
I waited a while past my appointment time but that may have been due to other emergencies because my appointment was early in the morning (I wasn't given an explanation for the quite large delay).
I would recommend Dr Moussa.
Michael Moussa, ("Michael") is a down to earth dentist who serves it straight. He just does the job without promoting the frills and add-ons of other dentists and at a reasonable price. His surgery has been upgraded recently and as has time management with with less time in the waiting room. Recommended
Doctor Moussa has a unique way of making you feel at ease and unafraid of coming to the dentist. I would usually avoid going back to the dentist, but he is very reassuring and takes your mind off the enormity of having a painful procedure carried out, making light hearted conversation with out the monotony of standard dentist questions.
For anyone that has put the dentist off for years, or suffers anxiety and fear of dentists & doctors he is fantastic and you leave the surgery laughing and feeling relieved.
Michael Moussa is a dentist with a difference - he has a great sense of humour. This surgery has all the modern gadgetry of dentistry, combined with a tv/video unit to take your mind off being at the dentist. No dental problem is too big or too small for Michael to deal with, and, if you have a dental emergency, Michael will fit you in! As far as dentists go, he is great.
