Excellent service out of hours.

I had issues with a tripping circuit breaker out of hours and thanks to Michael's over the phone advice I was able to isolate the fault and solve the issue. It was especially important as I had visiting elderly parents and needed power back on.

He took the time to call me back and patiently worked me through the diagnosis. He didnt ask for a cent and I was able to quickly solve my problem. I will heartily recommend him to others and will certainly be using him in the future for any electrical work I need doing.

Had Michael in recently to fit fans, replace air conditioner outdoor brackets, service airconditioners and solar system. Was very happy with friendly, prompt service. He even texted me to confirm appointment the night before. When he and apprentice arrived they immediately got on with the job. Michael even changed batteries in my smoke detectors as I can no longer manage it. Will definitely call again when need work done again. Very happy with work done.

I contacted Michael after he did some work for my brother in forest Lake, was very happy with him.He was busy but I explained I had some elderly friends visiting from New Zealand and didn't think they would cope with the extreme heat, I got a quote from him but thought I would check with a local firm but their quote was a bit dearer and they didn't think they could fit me in. he got the job done within a week. Swept up , even put a little bracket on the wall for the remote.
Will definitely call him next time I need any electrical.

We recently had a rat get into our roof and do a fair bit of damage to the piping and electrical work on our air conditioner meaning water/condensation was leaking all over the place. I contacted numerous repairers and being the middle of summer none of them could help me for 2-3 weeks. When I rang Michael he was able to attend a few days later and sent me a confirmation text the night before to Remind me. Long story short when he and his apprentice showed up right on time, knowing they charge for labour by the hour they didn't stuff around. They hooked taking the unit of the wall, disconnected all the wiring and piping, fixed all the piping and cleaned out the aircon unit making it work more efficiently. Recently I contracted Michael to disconnect my old freestanding oven/stove and to connect my new one (at my rental property). I dealt with him over the phone and he was very polite and easy to talk to. My tenant also confirmed that he was "great".

He only charged me $110 for the work plus another $5 to dispose of the old oven/stove - overall, a very reasonable price! The option to pay for his service via bank transfer made it very convenient for me as I wasn't available to deal with Michael in person. I would definitely recommend him.
