Very impressed. Hundreds cheaper than my local VW dealer for this particular service. Wheels rotated, wiper additive and hand brake adjusted at no charge - my VW dealer charges for all these ! Will be back.

Very surprised at the negative comment. I have taken VWs, Mercs, Audis to Mike, I have referred family and friends all of who cannot be more than grateful for the fantastic service, very reasonable price, with exceptional knowledge, patience and care. Thank you PP!

I have used Mike several times and have never had a problem. He is a nice fellow to boot. I have had BMW's and MINI's there and has good knowledge on them.

Find it hard to believe the negative review. I take my M3 there and travel from the Gold Coast, the trip is worth it. I have not found anyone else as competent as them the workshop is immaculate, they have all the specialist tools and the customer service is outstanding. They are the preferred installer for our superchargers and exhaust systems and could not rate this service highly enough

I'm surprised by the negative review already posted. When I moved to Brisbane, I found Prestige and Performance by Googling various car forums for recommendations. Now I've taken both my cars to him exclusively and have been really happy with the outcome. Mike tells you exactly what is wrong. If some other problem is found along the way, I'd expect him to know his job and fix it for me. Yes, admittedly, they're not real good at making phone calls, but when you find a mechanic you feel you can trust, stick with them.
