I have very curly and unruly hair. I have been to many high end hairdressers in the darlinghurst area but no one has made my hair look as beautiful as Michael has. The best thing about Michael is that he showed me how to style my hair so it looks beautiful everyday, as if I've stepped out of the salon. Highly recommend for my curly unmanageable hair!!!
I admittedly went a little hesitantly into Michael Wolff's salon today, especially after I have experienced a few overly priced bad haircuts in the area. Today though, I left feeling great and assured that I will undoubtedly return to my new found hairdresser. You can tell that Michael is very experienced, as he cut my hair with such skill and ease, with a confidence that comes only from years in the profession. I think its fair to say I felt very comfortable at his hands, and his easy going presence. Look for the amazing sculpture of the dress that's in his shopfront, and ask for Michael Wolff himself.
Overall not a bad little salon in Potts Point. Prices are fairly resonable considering the location however don't expect the bells and whistles of the fancier salons down the road. (But do you really want to pay an extra $30 to get a skim latte??)
Have been there a couple of times and staff seem to change fairly regularly. Last few times I have booked Michael Wolff himself who has down a great job - and you know he will always be there.
