Its taken me three months but still haven't been able to get an appointment for the repair of a security door they had installed. I was hoping to get their services for multiple doors for my new house but after this painful experience I doubt I will. The door still hasn;t been repaired and the whole purpose of having a security door has beed defeated. I dont think they empathise how me and my family feel about this.
Fantastic service, I went in there for an old security door handle mechanism that I could not get anywhere else. These guys helped straight away, other companies I spoke to didn't even want to help me or return my calls. They are a pleasure to deal with and I will always come back to them in the future. The best in the business in my book!
The lock on our security door broke in less than 10 months after installation. We run a business and they said they "might" be able to get someone to come by and have a look at it in a week's time. In the meantime, we couldn't acces our shop! We had to ring a locksmith to come and get us in and Michael's Security Doors refused to pay for it when it was their faulty product that caused the additional expense.
Most professional company ever, pleasure to deal with, come out in signed cars on time had uniforms on and even have ipads to show me everything. Then they started to measure with a lazer, cannot believe how easy it was. Must use these guys! have and will recommend them to anybody looking for a security door.
