I placed an order for baby shower cake a week in advance, they called me on the day that I was supposed to collect the cake about some problem with the icing decoration. I went there to collect the cake only to find that there is no icing and its a simple cake, not at all what I put my deposit for. The Management wasn't on site and instead spoke on the phone. was so rude and at the end, walked off without the cake!!! totally, bad experience!
