Depending on who's working on the day, the service can range from really friendly and great, to perfunctory and off-hand. The food is pretty ordinary but the advantage is that it's comparatively cheap. When you're out with your children and they suddenly demand food, it's a good place to stop. There are always free tables inside and out, at least when I've been, even at lunchtime.
