I go there with my little boy sometimes. Sometimes we bring the dog (chocolate labrador). I'm surprised at people saying the staff are rude, actually now that I think about it, there is one girl there who is a bit sour, but the other girls have been really lovely. And nice to the dog too. Not all people are nice to dogs, especially large ones, but I've had no trouble here. I've always found the food to be nice. I like the chicken wraps and the vanilla slices best. Especially the vanilla slice. Mmmm...anyway what was I saying? Oh yeah...we've always found it quite nice. The tables are a bit too squashed in, and you cant really get a trolley in (which we sometimes have, as it is right near the Coles and Kmart). The staff are generally lovely to my little boy (3) too. Again, not everyone is nice to kids either. My son usually gets a sausage roll, and he must like them, as he's had more than one. He also likes the Elmo cakes and the chocolate brownies. Swung pass quickly here as I was just passing through. It was the end of the day and it looked like they we're about to shut shop and reprice last minute items, but they didn't :( anyways bought the egg roll for a snack but it was not that great at all. The bread was kind of hard so I might just have the insides.
Local shop in shopping centre and food has always been average but last visit has taken the cake. Mother in law's birthday so I bought a cake from there. Asked if it was fresh and was told by staff it was baked that morning. Cake was cut that night, handed out and was very dry and everyone agreed it was not fresh and then binned.
