Michels Patisserie

Teenage attitudes are not needed. This whole experience was very unpleasant. Food and drinks were awful.

Me and my partner went to this Michels on Saturday. While it had to potential to be a great cafe , some of the staff need to pick it up. As a barista and a former michels employee I was sad to see the standards were not met. While they were not busy, every table was covered on dirty dishes. When they were finally collected they were left on a tray in the eatery instead of being taken to the sink, which you could see was also piled with dishes. When out coffee arrived it was clear by all the grains that the cup had been sitting in a mess created by the barista and when out cakes came, the spoons were greasy. Not overly impressed!
