Simply, the best hairdresser in the area by a mile. It's the whole experience - from watching the fish in the huge tank while you have your hair washed while sitting in the massage chairs, to getting a fantastic cut with friendly service from skillful staff who listen and make intelligent recommendations for suitable products to maintain your style, they have the knack of making you feel like a goddess (with hair to match)! They have skill and vision, fantastic communication and are competitively priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My hubby and kids also go there and we've never had a bad experience in 8 years. And no, I'm not related or paid to write this - I'm just a really, really happy, loyal customer!

I hope Mickael remembers the haircut he done to me cause I'm gonna ask him exactly the same one next time. That was exactly what I got in mind and I'm so glad to have been there. He is talkative, friendly, and very well experienced. He deserves all the awards he received.

I didn't put a 5 star rating just because the person washed my hair like it was a dirty pair of jeans, so rough and painful that I had to ask them to stop!!! Teach them how to do a nice head massage during the shampoo and you got here the best hairdresser in the whole area!

I've been living in Baulkham Hills for only a year and hadn't had much luck finding a hairdresser I was comfortable with. My sister-in-law recommended this place and I fell in love! The staff are fantastic and they really know what they're talking about in terms of highlights and cuts. I was there for a few hours for a half head foils, cut, and blow dry and it was really reasonably priced! I nearly fell over when I found out how cheap it was for all the effort that went into the style. The only unfortunate thing is that the salon is tucked away among offices in Norwest- really hard to find! But worth it once it's discovered!
