A BIG, BIG thank you to Michael for not only doing a great job but also for his patience with us during our reno. He was a Godsend for us two reno newbies. Needed to reconfigure existing bathroom layout to create an ensuite and common bath. He took the time out to understand our amateur drawings of the new layout, measured the new walls, old walls that need knocking, new doors that need to be installed, new windows fittings, fixed our floorboards to strengthe the base, as well as demolish old bathroom vanities and tubs. Finished product was exactly what we wanted and good plastering job as well.
We proceeded to have him install a new gate for us and also to build a pergola deck which he has just finished.

Michael installed a new window in our home. It required a number of load bearing supports to be removed and a new one installed. He was on time, friendly, really easy to get along with and willing to help. Dont go anywhere else just contact him.

Found Michael a number of years ago and have used him on many occassions from small to big full home renovation projects.
His work and ideas are excellent but most importantly communication between builder and customer.
Will not hesitate in refering him too family and friends

Michael did outstanding volunteer work in Japan when he stayed my place a year ago.
He helped me heaps to install window frames, hooks at the entrance and bathroom and more.
I really wish he was in my neighborhood.

We were really happy with the work Michael did at our place - fixing up holes in the deck and floorboards, building new steps up to the deck, and the major masterpiece - a new picket gate, thank you! It's a work of art and we're really pleased with it.
