Computer troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades I can do, however my core business is home / office networking and telecommunications. Common tasks I perform :

1. Relocate a recently installed NBN modem (a.k.a. residential gateway or RG) to a more suitable location.
2. Install concealed category 6 Ethernet cabling and additional network data outlets to extend an existing network (for example to connect from your modem to additional computer hardware, Foxtel IQ or Optus Fetch TV box).
3. Improve WiFi signal strength throughout house or business premises.
4. Installation of additional fixed line telephone sockets. For example, if you need an extra phone socket in a room other than the kitchen, I can run wire to a new socket.
5. Troubleshooting ADSL Internet connection problems after your Telco says it's now your responsibility. Test phone line from your socket to telephone exchange, then provide a written report showing data from Fluke 990DSL CopperPro II tester. Where possible I'll include diagnosis of the fault, recommendations how to fix fault and a quote if it's something I can repair.
