I have never experienced such rude service as what I experienced at the deli in Merimbula. I brought in my own environmentally aware take away cup and asked for a flat white. My cup is a small cup size. I was given a cappucino and charged for a medium cup size, when I queried the price, there was no discussion on the part of the management, who was adamant it was a medium size and that I should pay the extra 50c. When I drank my coffee I realised the volume of the cup is marked on the inside, and is 8oz/227mL, which is a small size, I went back to show the management that the size was in fact small. They did refund me the 50c but the management still questioned what I was saying and THEN told me they could charge what they wanted. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!
