I cannot express my gratitude to Midas, Ashgrove enough. They've routinely serviced my car, once, and yet provided me with excellent customer service on two further occasions, at no cost! when I've found myself in trouble! The first occasion involved the removal of rusty number plates, the second following a front bumper / wall collision!!! I called them last minute, twice! they worked tirelessly on my car for an hour, twice, and made my day, twice! on days when things felt pretty hopeless. Thanks Ben, and the rest of the team, you have restored my faith in human kindness, and always been friendly and professional. When we relocated to QLD from Perth a few months ago, a fellow school mum recommended Midas, Ashgrove to us, and I'm very glad she did!
We would never go back to Midas Ashgrove AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! We had spent approximately $1000 and been told they had removed the radiator to do some work on our car. The next day the radiator blew up. Midas were quick to say that they never had to remove the radiator and it was our problem. We were left to pay the towing fees and the cost of a new radiator. The way they handled the matter was VERY unprofessional.
We have since taken our cars to the mechanic across the road and have found them to be very professional, friendly and reasonably priced.
Exceptional customer service. 5 star rating. Very rare to find a business that actually delivers the service it describes on its website. Friendly, professional staff who fixed my car quickly and even reset my radio stations and clock for me after removing the car battery. Will definitely go back again.
